Refund policy

What is your return/exchange policy? We have a 14 day return/exchange policy. Please contact love.liliandlaur@gmail.com if you would like to initiate a return or exchange. Returns will be in the form of money back to card minus shipping costs of returning the item back to the shop! 

What about custom items? We do not accept returns on custom items, which includes custom badge reels, made to order scrub caps and custom orders.
